Alicia Goll

I’m Alicia and I’ve worked in Mental Healthcare since 2016. I Graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelors in Psychology and an emphasis in healthcare in 2016 and again in 2019 with my Masters in Health Administration. I’ve worked a little bit everywhere in Mental Health from 1:1 and group services to accidentally providing Social Work. I joined the WMPS team in 2022 and am excited to be able to continue my work in the community further learning how to best provide services in the private practice arena. I enjoy being outside, existing on coffee, and spending time with my family.

Kaitlyn Davis

Hi! My name is Kaity and I work at our Norton Shores location as the main Office Administrator. Before I joined the WMPS team, I worked as a nanny taking care of young children and before that I was an Aesthetician Assistant at a medical spa in Newport Beach, California. It’s always been my goal in life to take care of others and help those in need. By being a part of WMPS administrative team means I get that opportunity to fulfill my need and want of helping others in a very positive and forward-thinking way.

McKenna Monette

Hi, I’m McKenna and I started working here this past May! I am currently a junior at Adrian College. I am working towards my Bachelors in Psychology with a goal of having a career in the mental health field. I am an admin at the Norton Shores location and also manage our social media accounts. I love working at WMPS because I get to be in the psychology environment and help people get connected to the resources they need.

 

Theresa Price

I’m Theresa, the Billing Administrator for WMPS.  My first day with WMPS was January 30, 2023.  Prior to working for WMPS I took some time off work to reflect on what I really wanted to do with my life, and I realized billing is what I truly loved doing.  So here I am. 
I have worked in the dental field as an Office Manager for many years for both non-profit and private practices. Billing was the main love of that job, so I’m very fortunate to have come back to that love.
I have two daughters, one is married, with a son who calls me “nana” and my youngest will be graduating from Lake Superior State University this December.

 

Meghan Briskorn

Hi, my name is Meghan. I work at the Holland Location! While I am an Office Administrator, I am also an Esthetician and am currently in school for my Medical Assistant certification and will soon be in college for nursing. I have always loved helping and being there for people, I am grateful I get to play a small role here atWMPS. I enjoy going hiking with my dog, Venus, painting, traveling to new places, and reading. I am excited to be part of the team and get to know everyone! 

Shelby Grissom

I am Shelby Grissom, I moved to Muskegon 2 years ago from Grand Rapids. I have an Associates in Health Information Technology. I have two children of my own as well as 2 bonus children. I love helping others in need as well as reading, spending time enjoying the outdoors and most importantly spending time with my family.  What I will enjoy most about being part of this team will be the ability to continue to grow and connect with others.

Kim Marrow

Hello, my name is Kim and I work at the Norton Shores office as the Medical Office Administrator for the Nurse Practitioners in all locations on staff at WMPS. I have been with WMPS since July 2022 starting as Administrative Assistant and quickly moving into the Medical Assistant position as the practice continues to grow.  In 1988, I graduated with an Associate Degree in Marketing Management. In 1993, I pursued a second career path as a Medical Assistant. A few years later, I took a 10-year hiatus from working full time to focus on raising my children, before returning to work full time once again.  I enjoy being part of WMPS Medication Management Team and helping people reach their full potential in their mental health goals.
